Attend the TA Today Workshops
Each have a set agenda and lasts about an hour. They are designed to keep you up to date on topics of within the Talent Acquisition space and how specialties inside TA are changing. Workshops are available only to TA Week registrants.
Workshop Topic. The topic is part of TA directly or could be broader, such as issues related more to HR or even finance. The focus is to educate on business outcomes.
Interview with Corporate Leadership. One or more senior corporate leaders dialogue with the host on that topic. The focus is to discuss how practitioners who see first-hand business outcomes and offer experience and advice.
Risks, Regulations, and Practices. A briefing on AI, pay equity, cybersecurity, and metrics is consistent each episode. As that landscape changes so will that dialogue.
TA Tracker Usage. Each workshop may reference actions or awareness within the TA Tracker. The Workshops and Tracker are designed for both listening and actioning.
