Aspen has had an education partnership with TA Week for over 10 years. Since February 2024, the monthly series “TA Today, Emerging Legislation Affecting Talent Acquisition and Employment” has been active. The series discussed risks and regulations related to TA and offers dialogues with peers.
About This Session
This one-hour virtual training provides legal, compliance, and technology leaders with a strategic update on the evolving landscape of artificial intelligence regulation.
During 2025 and 2026, several court cases have emerged related to AI and employment. The session will review of these cases, their progress, and outcomes. Additional updates on U.S. federal, US state, and international legislation related to AI, human capital disclosures, and pay equity will also be presented.
