How It Works
Employers select three (3) positions to highlight, add “Verify” phone #s to postings, and candidates call before applying to an ATS. As soon as a role opens, it is supposed to be replaced within days to avoid safety concerns or high risk to revenue.
“Verify” answers, begins interviewing, executes a fraud-free security check and advances to the recruiting team. Every candidate decides in 30 seconds if they want to move forward. They spend up to 30 minutes interviewing, confirming interest and skills match. The transcription is sent to the recruiter, erased from our system, and connects the recruiter and candidate together via phone afterwards or on a schedule during business hours.
The product is Secure By Design and push away the disingenuous or malicious.
