#SRSCDallas2016 – An Introduction

The time is upon us, people.

You’re probably thinking: Summer? Long weekends? Patriotic holidays?

Well – that too. But in the Recruiting and Talent Acquisition world, the time that comes second to only beach season itself. Twice a year, we get to participate in a socially-savvy-star-studded event known as the Social Recruiting Strategies Conference, or the SRSC.

With the city of Dallas as its backdrop, the SRSC kicks off July 26 with a lineup of presenters that comprises the industry’s top contributors to successful social recruiting, including the likes of Jim Schnyder of PepsiCo, Carrie Corbin of American Airlines, and Adriana Kevill of KRT Marketing, who gave an unforgettable lecture at the San Francisco SRSC back in January.

Our own Andrew Gadomski will also be spearheading a talk around the importance of data analytics in recruiting.

There is no doubt that everyone takes something valuable away from these stellar presentations, but more importantly, there is a sense of community within a community at the SRSC. Make connections, meet new people, share ideas, and gain better business insights.

Aspen Advisors Among #HRWins “Companies To Watch” in 2016

Greenhouse is no stranger to recognition of excellence. Known for their state-of-the-art Applicant Tracking System (ATS), they have become one of the frontrunners in ATS implementation across the TA board. We are excited to see what technology they come up with next.

Pando Powers Top RPO Provider

Every year, HRO Today breaks down the top Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) companies in the world in a publication called the Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings. Companies are analyzed within three categories: service breadth, deal sizes, and quality. Over 50 RPO service providers were called upon for this year’s results. And the winner is…

Randstad Sourceright has been identified as the overall winner of the Baker’s Dozen awards. Pando platform named as top 10 technology innovation

We are thrilled to share that our Pando platform was just named as one of the “Top 10 technology innovations for 2013” in the iTalent competition by HROToday.  While we certainly have been aware of the power of Pando for quite some time, it’s wonderful to be recognized by a independent organization like HROToday. 

HROToday is a global organization focused on providing conferences, publications and thought leadership for the human resource outsourcing industry.  They are the publishers of the well-known Bakers Dozen lists and host several international conferences throughout the year.  Their iTalent Competition analyzes entries from companies both large and small and ultimately names 10 technology innovations of 2013 relevant to HR outsourcing.  Five of those ten will then present at HROToday Forum Europe to an audience and panel of HR technology experts, analysts, practitioners and technology investors to compete for the top spot.

The idea of Pando takes many people to come to life. I have to applaud our team of developers, managers, associates, partners, and clients who feed Pando with capabilities and know-how each day.  As we attend the HR Technology Conference this week in Las Vegas and discuss with others the capabilities of Pando, it’s wonderful to have our colleagues congratulate us in person for this international recognition.  We are back in Las Vegas again next week for LinkedIn Talent Connect, so we hope to see you there!
