Time to Source Successful Candidate

The metric measures the number of days / weeks from the time a candidate was first presented to the manager and subsequently offered the position to when the candidate that was ultimately hired. The number of calendar days from the Recruiting Start Date to the Candidate Submission Date of a candidate who was offered a position.
