Likely to Share

How likely a candidate is to share their experiences with the company’s hiring process (both positive and negative) with others. When collecting data from dispositioned candidates, this question can be posed as a simple Yes / No question, but it is our standard to use a likert scale with a 4 point scale, from Not Likely to Very Likely. This metric can help companies discern whether their hiring process is affecting their employer brand.

Using a likert scale, this is the score given by a respondent on the likelihood they would share their experience with others (both positive and negative).

Report Calculation: CNT([CX_SURVEY.{Response}])
Trend Calculation: AVG([CX_SURVEY.{Response}])
