Candidate Funnel

A snapshot report that shows the count of candidates in each stage of the recruiting and / or hiring workflow processes.

Calculation:
OPTION 1: SUM([ATS.Candidate.Stage_Binary])
OPTION 2: CNT([ATS.Candidate.Stage_Binary]=1)

Submit to Interview Conversion

A conversion method that indicates the # of applicants that are submitted to interviews with hiring managers, represented as a percentage of the total number of applicants that applied on that requisition or during that interval.

Calculation:
CNT([ATS.Candidate.Interview_Date]) / CNT([ATS.Candidate.Submission_Date])

Applicant to Submit Conversion

A conversion method that indicates the # of applicants that are submitted to hiring managers, represented as a percentage of the total number of applicants that applied on that requisition or during that interval.

The percentage of applicants that make it through the recruiter screen, and are then advanced to be reviewed by the hiring manager.

Calculation: CNT([ATS.Candidate.[Submission_Date]) / CNT([ATS.Candidate.Application_Date])

Diversity of Slate

Diversity per Slate measure the number of diverse applicants in a candidate slate divided by the total number of applicants in that same slate. This is usually presented as a percentage, and is an indicator of a company’s ability to advance a diverse slate for the hiring manager’s consideration.

This shows the number of requisitions as compared to all requisitions, that have candidates who have indicated they are female, not white, or have a military background. The specific definition of “diversity” can be adjusted, as can the specific measurement parameters.
