We will provide setup and templates in Power BI, Visier, or other visual platforms for descriptive analytics use and viewing. Our teams will arm your analysts with the tools, code, and visuals to execute. Analyses and audits are advanced and updated annually, with new items being produced on a defined schedule.
For Microsoft 365 users, we fully leverage Power BI and Teams by embedding all the products directly into Teams for distribution and access through secure Teams channels for easy distribution.
Your team needs engagement data from candidates, managers, HR personnel, and employees through the employment life cycle yet you may not have a validated regular set of surveys to capture that data or your participation level or frequency is lower than you would like to take effective action.
As part of auditing, clients receive access to our pulse and annual surveys for candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, onboarding, employee engagement, and exiting. Data is collected and woven into the other ATS, HRIS, CRM, and finance data we are monitoring to provide full auditing capabilities by an independent 3rd party.
A regular set of analyses are also performed on the survey data for feedback loops. Analyses and/or dashboards are populated into your third-party analytics tools or into Microsoft 365 via Teams and the Power BI publishing platform, either making access to all easy.
