So, What Happens Next?

As stated previously, you can either choose to handle the recruitment for your open role on your own OR you can engage our Recruiting Team to help you.

Our Recruiting Team is a talented team who will source, screen, and interview candidates for you. They will also schedule all face-to-face interviews for you. There is a cost for this service, so if you are interested in the service, please review the next page for more details OR reach out to your HR Business Partner for help.

WORKING ON YOUR OWN

As the Hiring Manager, you will work with the HR Business Partner to determine which job boards to utilize to advertise your open position.

Post Everywhere

We encourage you to share the job posting with your local network, on social media, and with any relevant professional organizations you are a part of.

All on You

You will do all of the work on your own. This means that you will review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews with necessary Team Members.

HR Coordinator Approval

Then, when you are ready to make an offer, please contact the HR Coordinator, who will get the offer approved and help you with the next steps.

WORKING WITH THE RECRUITING TEAM

You will still have access to track applicants that are in the pipeline through Jazz. However, the Recruiting Team will source passive candidates, review resumes that come in through Jazz, and conduct preliminary phone screenings.

Step 2

When the Recruiting Team has a good phone screen with a candidate, they’ll reach out to you to schedule an interview with the candidate.

Step 3

You will be responsible to keep an open line of communication with the Recruiting Team throughout the screening and interview process to ensure they’re finding the best candidates.

Step 4

Then, when you are ready to make an offer, please contact the HR Coordinator, who will get the offer approved and help you with the next steps.
