Job Requisition Approval Process

Once the requisition form is written up, it’s time to get it approved. The person or department making the approval checks that the requirements, duties and pay level are appropriate for the position. The person approving the requisition is to decide whether there is a business case that this job is needed. Here is the current Job Requisition Approval Process:

Hiring Manager completes job requisition

Hiring Manager also attaches job description to the requisition

Hiring Manager sends completed requisition
and job description to HR Business Partner

Business Partner will let Hiring Manager know if changes are needed

HR will send final job description and job requisition to
Department Head and CFO for final approval

Once CFO approves, recruitment can begin
