Relocation Expenses

Part of the ANSI cost per hire standard, these are cost associated with the move of a candidate, internal or external, that is related to them being able to take the position with the business. The business is assessed for these costs by either vendors or the candidate directly.

A measure of the recruiting expenses that were reallocated over a specified time interval related to recruiting employees to other methods, processes, or technologies for a greater return on productivity. Recruiting expenses are dictated by the ANSI Cost Per Hire standard, and its Internal and External Expense categories.

Money Saved

A measure of the recruiting expenses that were reduced over a specified time interval related to recruiting employees. Recruiting expenses are dictated by the ANSI Cost Per Hire standard, and its Internal and External Expense categories.

Interview to Offer Conversion

The percentage of interviewed candidates who are extended a verbal or written offer post the completion of the interview process. The measure may be issued by count, but its recommended to track as a percentage, and then trend over time.

Retention

The percentage of employees that remain employed by the company over a certain period of time.
