The 100 Day Challenge
Here it is, the competition you have been waiting to be announced. You have 100 days to show what kind of recruiter you really are.
This is your opportunity to show what you can do to take care of candidates, take care of hiring managers, and put people to work. If you think about it, that is REALLY what this is all about – putting people to work, and making their lives better.
During the Aspen Challenge you will track how you evaluate and disposition candidates to either hiring manager or recruiters (if you are a sourcer), how many you consider, how well you treat them, and how your hiring managers feel about your service. Lastly, we track your hires, including the diversity and representation of the choices you provide, and how much money is being spent by the business on these hires.
At the end, the world will know how fast you are, how many people you put to work, and how you are being fair and balanced in your recruiting efforts regarding sex, race, and ability.
