Industry Colleagues Address New Cost-Per-Hire Standard

In early December, myself and several other presenters, held a webinar in New York to discuss the recent changes to the cost-per-hire standard. The December 6th webinar, titled “Taming the Data Beast: Cost-Per-Hire Metrics” focused on the method through which organizations now analyze and tabulate the quality of hires during the talent acquisition process. The presentation lasted for over 90 minutes and finished up with an extended Q&A session regarding HR analytics and other matters pertaining to the new standard.
